Q: Wife threatening for false DV case and i want to file for divorce

This is my 2nd marriage, it's been two years now as per Hindu marriage act. I m having one daughter from my first marriage, who is 10 year old. Gradually I came to know lot of mood swings are there in my wife nature. On small things she start absuing and aggressive. Give me threatens for false cases 498 and DV etc.. I m having phone recordings with my wife where she accepts her nature is not good. What I should do, can she put false cases on me at that time these recordings will be utilised as evedince that time. Or can I go for divorce on these behalf. Need advice..

Q: Bought a flat builder not doing registration society asking to vacate

We had purchased a flat in a society in Faridabad and received the possession of our flats in October 2015. Since then we have been chasing builder for registration of our flats but builder keeps postponing the registration dates. Now, our society has received a notice from one of the government banks to vacate our flats in next 60 days as builder had defaulted on payment of loans of around 104 crores which had taken against our flats before offering possession to us. In the above said situations, we as residents are being victimized for the default of builder. Please suggest what are our legal options we could exercise to get the registration for our flats as well as prevent us from being victimized for the crimes of a builder default.

You should file a suit for mandatory injunction against the builder as well as the bank for seeking relief to get registration of the flats in your favour and directing the builder to return the loan amount to the financer bank.Furthermore, seeking relief against the bank to recover the loan amount from the builder as you are in actual physical possession of the flats since October 2015 after depositing the entire costs of the flat.For any further queries,feel free to connect.Regards

Q: Builder not doing registration of the flat despite complete payment

Hello Everyone. I bought a flat in Faridabad in NCR through a reputed builder 2 years back. In spite of making complete payment 2 years back and doing multiple follow ups, the builder is not ready to arrange registration of my flat. What action I may take against the builder. Please suggest. Thanks
