What to say to judge if judge asks do i want divorce or want to live with my husband? in 125crpc & divorce cruelty ground filed by husbandCan i say to judge in divorce case that if he gives me this much alimony i am ready for mutual divorce otherwise keep on fighting contested & prove the allegations? My husband & in laws are not good humans. I only wish to live with them if they mend their behaviours & treat me as a family member otherwise if they continue to live in the same manner, this relationship can't be continuedI do not wish to give divorce on his false allegations in contested divorce petition. I do not want to give him divorce so easily, i have already filed police complain before his divorce case, FIR not registered yet. They are very egoistic, not doing settlement, offering me just his 3months salary. Even my jewellery is of more amount which is lying in his custody

Advocate E . Shylaja answered
first u decide whether to u want to live with ur husband and in laws u tell the judge to refer the matter to mediation in front of them u talk with husband and in laws and say if they mend thei r behaviour u r ready to live with them or else if u ask big amount that u may settle in your life .if they ready to such amount u may go for joint petition
