Q: Legal action against company not providing the salary since 4 months

I was working in a private limited company and they have not paid my salary for last 4 months. When ever i ask them they tell that they are in financial problem and do not have money. They keep telling me that we will send some money in 1 week, 5days, 10 days, etc. Every time they are making excuses. I am really fed up of their false promises. Now they do not respond to my calls, i have to keep calling then someone will answer. Please help me with your valuable suggestions.

were you permanent employ or temporary ? if you third party employer than this types of situtaion seen. but don't worry no body can stop your salary . right a complaint to your near local office of labour cominissnor .

Q: Advice in case employer forcing to leave job without any notice

A few day ago my company (pvt ltd.)asked me to leave or put the papers of resignation on immediate effect. There was no poor performance matter also and not even got any warning from managment in my earlier days also. I have given 10 years to this company and was working efficiently.suddenly they took this decision and I was shocked and stucked in between and feeling harassed. Also they are saying I will get only one month pay as notice period. Getting another job at this moment is tough I was single source to earn money , I have not sent any mail for resignation yet but they repeatedly asking me to do that. What should I do kindly suggest, is any case can be applied on them.

define cause of regignation , performance is not matter . have you joining letter with you. in 10 years how much times you got pramotion . go for complaint in labour office . in your city or c.m window .

Q: Company not paying full salary &TA;/DA & pf amount from last 2.5 year

Hi,  I am working with MNC automotive company Asia motors works, Mumbai with last 6.5 year. I am posted at Punjab and taking care of all technically related activity from there. my issue is that the company Asia motors works not paying full monthly salary and TA/DA & also does not contribute his part of the amount in PF from last 2.5 years. Almost 4 to 4.5 lac amount stuck in the company due to this. so request you to pl provide batter advice soi can release my money from the company.

Answer ;:- Write a complaint to labour officer against your MNC automotive company Asia motors . or labor commisioner office . you can file written complaint or E. mail . or chief minister's window.
