Q: Unable to pay Credit Card Dues at this Hour

Received a legal Notice from SBI for not paying the credit card dues. My recruiter had laid me off but before that forced me to work from home for two months but after the supreme court announced that Employers are not bound to pay the salaries, they have not paid a single penny. Where would I get money to pay the credit card dues, I have also spent all my savings from EPF. I belong to the hospitality industry and there is no job. Can you advise something? Q: Take loan from private financer at high rate

Sir, I took money from 3 private financer last year on July 2019 at high interest rate. I paid interest till January 2020 but after that my financial position is not good and I was not able to pay them.They r tourtureing me on phone. I ran from home for 1 week and my family made my missing FIR to police also and then lockdown came. I gave 2 signed cheque, promissory note and file signed. Now they are torture me mentally . I need time to pay them back .please suggest me. Thank you
