Q: Unfair decision taken by my company and I want justice

I have been forced to leave my job due to unfortunate circumstance that happened with me ,I am a flight attendant and by mistake I had excess of cigarettes in my bag when checked by the Customs but I was in my legal limit and half of the pack was of my friend who aggred in front of customs and my organization that it's hers but still they grounded me for a month gave me mental agony , financial stress and also to my family but the other girl was only given a warning and we both are in our probation ,now I have to return company property to them ,I don't want to give it back right now ,can they file a complaint and I want justice ,I was in a lot of shock when the told me to resign ,now what to do ,my father has mailed to the owner and CEO of the organization ,but it's been 2 days no response from them ,my father keeps unwell but still wants to fight for his daughter honour as this descion was not fair

Employees can often challenge their dismissal on the ground that there was no reasonable cause for dismissal or that they had not been guilty of misconduct as held by the employer. However the same can be ascertained after going through the exact terms of the service contract.

How can we challenge a gift deed? We siblings had given release deed to our mother after our father's death. She gifted the whole property to one sister only.

Q: Contempt of court proceedings against a builder

I have a case going on against a builder in consumer court for not providing the possession. The case is in the court for last 4 years and till date only exchange of documents is taking place and argument has not even started. The primary reason for the delay is that OP never submits its document on time and takes a year every time to submit any response or evidence by way of affidavit etc when actual time granted by court is only 8 weeks. But court still grant them more time in ever hearing instead of taking any action. 1. Can I initiate contempt of court proceeding against the builder in consumer court for willfully delaying the case and not following court orders to submit the documents in stipulated time?2. The court had asked the OP to submit written arguments and listed the case of arguments. What will happen if the OP still not submit the written arguments? Will the argument take place? I have submitted my written arguments.

I would rather advice you to file a complaint against the builder at RERA authority. The disposal of complaints is time bound and the process is much simpler. However you will have to withdraw your complaint from here.
