Q: Delay in proper treatment resulting life threat
Dear Sir/Madam,My mother is in one of the private hospital in Delhi. She was admitted due to breathing and heart issues which found out to be a bacterial infection. Proper medicines were delayed with many other issues due to which her condition becomes utterly bad. Doctors say we are checking. What to do in this case? Should I write to health ministry but help with procedure -having details of negligence? Please help to save my mother.Thanks Regards

Ask the hospital in writing for copies of the admission papers, investigation reports, prescriptions, ICU notes, treatment charts, consent forms and billing records.
