Q: legal advice in matrimonial cases

Hi Sir/Madam, could you plz clarify a doubt or provide me an advice regards my case. DVC case has been disposed two years ago and the orders passed and I challenged the order with an appeal in sessions court, The DVC appeal is pending. Now my wife counsel approached me to settle cases in lok adalat. my query here, is the orders passed in DVC will be setaside/cancelled on compromise basis by lok adalat? If not how can be done. suggest me the process.

if you want to compromise the matter you can compromise the matter it's up to you if you want to contest contest the matter if you want to contest in Lower court you have to find set a side petition where the order of DvC was passed and and contest the matter in Lower court my filing set a side petition by writing the reason that you could not contest the case



Q: About interim maintenance order

4days before family court ordered 22000 interim maintainance for me and my two children but when I was applied for order copy the clerk section said it is went for correction what is it mean

please wait for sometime might be clerical mistake normally doesn't happen like this but say suppose if there are any mistakes in the order copy then that order that order copy will be corrected by the judge and the other copy will be will be ready and you can apply CC copy and you can get the water copy



Q: In-laws interference and false allegations

I have married on 3 Jan22 as per Sharia(muslim) to differences and interference form in-laws, disputes stated, and also given a police petition on me in mahila madal womens police station, with reason not sending her daughter to home, and my wife also left my house without any prior concent, after meetings as they were failed to prove the allegations they withdrawn petition on 5th Nov25, now me and wife agreed to continue the marriage on the legal agreement documen, so which aggreement suits me.
