Hi, I worked for a company (proprietorship) for 1.5 years and resigned. They were to pay my remaining dues for which they asked for 60 to 90 days and 90 days are completing on November 6. However, they are now giving issues regarding why I resigned and there was company loss and they are looking into it, seems like they don't want to pay me. they owe me around 1.3 lacs. Kindly suggest whats the best course of action.

Q: Employer not issuing experience letter

Hi All, I had 2 years of Service Agreement but I left organization 3 months before completion of Service Agreement and company is now asking for INR 2 Lacs for releasing my documents. I wrote several mails to HR and Managers but they are adamant for same. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

First of all u should always keep this in mind that Ignorance of Law is not an excuse.. Secondly a publisher can be accused for Defamation (499) under section 500 Ipc 1860 i.e. Punishment for Defamation.

I want to get my construction license of work limit up to 10 lakh from PWD B&R Civil and want the name of the firm to be registered as " JAI KISHAN DEVELOPERS INDIA ". Can I get the name registered as above?

Taking a licence from the Pwd or any other department is a different thing and registration of firm is different. Yes you can register your firm with your choosen name but if the same name firm is already registered then you can't get your firm name registration.
