Q: Conflict of Intereset- signing of NDA

I am an employee at one company My spouse works at a company that my employer considers a competitor. Our job roles are different and do not overlap in terms of projects or customers, as far as I am aware. My employer has raised a perceived conflict of interest due to my spouse's employment and has asked me to sign an enclosed "Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation, and Developments Agreement."

if the industry and organization is different and the end cosumer or clients are different there is no need to sign the NDA or other stated documents. but then to if you have full confidence that the industry is different and so the clients don't hesitate to sign it up but always make sure the clauses they are mentioning in the Documents

Q: NAME CHANGE IN AADHAR AND LIMIT IS EXHAUSTED IN UIDAI

I want to keep my father name and surname after death of my husband. limit of 2 times has been used for change in name in UIDAI( after marriage it is changed once and to link with pan i need to change my name again) . Please guide as there is no way through Gazette also.

Q: Accident happen in construction site

I am welder working on a mill construction site where one day i climb on the metal body surface where i supposed to welding another metal but due to someworker negligence the caanot properly fix the metal surface it will break and i fallen down to the ground and i am injured with my hand and leg fracture my company only provide govt hospital facility and said that they you can go your home we will your salry and hospital but they can't provide me . Please give the information .

the injury caused you partly or permanent disability to work? As you were injured in working site you have right to get the hospital expenses and other expenses raised by the incident. You can complain to labour commissioner and labour court.

Q: Family dispute regarding husband's extramarital relationship

My parents are Hindu and both government teachers. My father has allegedly been involved with another woman for about 3 years. My mother wants to save the marriage. He has become emotionally distant from the family and appears to spend money on the other woman. We have videos showing her visiting our house. What legal rights does my mother have? Can a legal notice be sent? What evidence is relevant and what legal remedies are available?

Offence of bigamy and cohabitation with other women ... Mother has right as a spouse for maintenance also..Legal notice can be surely sent for inheritance. In view of evidence .. Call records, Photos and videos and chats records are enough. Have option for mediation and conciliation and have many chances for interim order by Court for the financial support.
