Q: My marriage gift asset to my husband's family

My parents agree for my husband's family in the time of marriage they told them to I will give my daughter to my Kazipet house property in the name of gifted asset but now I have one baby child she was 1year old but now also they didn't give my gifted asset and they told to me they will not give anything for you and my parents are used me for their godhavarikhani land registration purpose I want to justice please do justice for me and my husband's family

Q: Getting a Succession Certificate for Bank Purposes

My Father, who was an NRI passed away 5 months back (out of India). He didn't name a nominee in the bank account he held in that country. Now the bank is asking for a succession certificate from Court here in India. Many people I've spoken to are saying that the process can't be started without getting a request letter from the bank. But the bank says they can't provide any such letter. So, I wanted to know if I actually need a letter from the bank. If I don't, how do I go about the process. nnThank you and awaiting your replies.

For bank and pf related we can take legal heir/family member certificate but property and other benefits definitely we have to approach near by Concerned jurisdiction court for Succession certificate by court, for this letter from bank is not required in few cases. For service contact me

Q: Cheating by aakash institute for 55000 rupees in rajahmundry branch

I have taken admission for my child inrajahmundry aakash institute branch.At the time of admission branch manager told me that fee will be 2 lakhs for the integrated course (ipe +neet) and also he has shown me all the classrooms of your aakash institute, believing him i paid 55000 towards admission, he conducted classes for the students in aakash institute for 15 days after that he shifted all the students to a college named mathrusri and he is telling that aakash institute will only teach neet classes that too in mathrusri college.At the time of admission he gave wrong commitment nand made my child join in the college.

you can file private complaint against him, by breach of trust, he just cheated you and tell me in what bill he gave when he collected 55000. so plan accordingly he can blame you that you are lying on him
