Q: Neighbour encroached land wants to claim it back

respected sir. my neighbor occupied 1.5 feet of my land but in the beginning we left it because of soft thought about neighbour but it leads to unnecessary conflicts between us becuase impolite and rude neibour . so we are now serious to get the encroached land back but in a manner witch take less time and money .And my actual questin what does it require i want appy it my mom's name as applicant because my dad is passed away and property is in dad's name and we have family member's certificate mention us as his family members. is that enough to proceed please suggest the best and easy way to solve this problem . thanking you . Q: Will a divorcee woman get reservation in government job

I want to apply for sbi junior assistants.i got married in 2016 and devorced in 2017.do I belong to OBC category.I there any reservation or separate category for divorcee if there what is that?

Q: How to obtain damage amount in 498(A), DV case?

Sir, it is a problem of my sister due to her husband harassment we have filed case against him. We have proof to prove this case accordingly my sister need divorce from him and she want to claim the marriage damages charges. In this regard what type of case to be filed before court.

Q: Can father claim expenditure spent on son as he is cruel &harassing;

Sir, I am retired employee and senior citizen now.took birth from traditional valuers family. My son (only one) got studied, married with my own earnings and now job less. Became cruel and insulting my elders ,neighbors and also me everyday as I am teaching him to be good, with filthy language. The house in his and his name got constructed with hard work and my little contribution was also there Now I have to left the Home where we are all family members four in all. Since he is rejecting me I wanted the expenditure spent for his brought up for his education and marriage to be reimbursed from him. Can i Have any legal remedy for this issue. Pl reply Thanking

Q: Clarification on jurisdiction for filing complain in cheque bounce

Actually one person from Bangalore must give us 4,00,000 rupees he given cheque and it is bounced in kurnool we are also from kurnool and where we need to file a case.can we file in kurnool PS

Hi You haven't stated to which bank and branch it belongs to..we need to know because to which jurisdiction the case belongs to .It cannot be filed in police station!! It can be filed ias complaint in the court directly under 138 of NI ACT.Further quires contact personally. Thank you.
