Q: Need Divorce on Immediate basis

I got married last week and it was a forcible married and i got to accept due to my family reputation , now i want to live him asap, because i love someone else and he to love me and we want to get married

yes, you can take divorce with mutual consent as soon as you needed. but for mutual consent divorce you have to need consent from other side . in case divorce petition may be filed, if other side is descent..

Q: Wife left home on her own will now blaming my family

Got married in Q1'12. Blessed with girl in Q3'13 and staying with parents. My wife around Q1-Q2'14 became quarrelsome. Staying in different rooms since Q4'14 as we needed space. Made efforts to get back but it was of no use. Q3'15 I had to go outside for work. During this time her family came Q3'15 and took her away without any prior info. to our family. She is back after 4-5 moths Q1'16 and stays alone and blaming my family that they are not keeping her and now wants me to shift alone with her as she threatens me. Not sure what should I do, because I am unclear with her intentions. Pl advise.

Just talk to your wife personally. If finds negative response from her to come back then send to her a legal notice to come back thereafter file a case before the Family Court asking relief to come back her.

Q: Company delaying salary by 20 30 days can I take legal action

Actually, the company is not paying the salary on time, sometimes it's delayed by 20-30 days. Is it illegal? What are the laws against it

Sure. You can take legal action against company as per law. Just give him a letter containing your grievances and wait for response. If no response or negative response given by company then send him a legal notice. You can also take shelter of labor Court thereafter.

Q: Girl sent notice as marriage was cancelled now harassing

i m a indian army soldier. Sir mene jeewansathi site pr jakr kanpur ki ek ldki ke sat bat ki jo hmme march 2015 se suru hui. Humari baat sadi ke liye tai ho gye. Mere ghar ke or me unke ghar gya or wo log bi mere ghar aaye aur tika bi ho gua unke pas pic bi he tike ki. Or sadi 29 jan 2016 ki fix hue.but unki kisi baat ka hume 17 jan 2016 ko pta chla jis karn sadi cancelho gye. To uhnone mere unit me ek advocate ke lettr pad pr notice bhejdia ab me kya karu?

You have to specify the contents of the notice to us. Well if proposed marriage has been cancelled by you due to logical, genuine and legal reason then no need to take any stress. Just give him reply notice to him.

Q: Frivolous and false FIR and travel restrictions for a NRI

One of my cousins who is newly married is now embroiled in a matrimonial dispute. His wife, an unscrupulous woman has filed a bogus and frivolous FIR with heinous charges of dowry, illegal termination of pregnancy etc and restricted my cousin return travel to Singapore where he is employed. He is unable to join his organization even after a lapse of 30 days as he had to surrender his passport. The girl is indulging in dilatory tactics to delay mediation as she does not intend to go back to Singapore . How can he get the travel restrictions removed and rejoin work ?

No issue just file an application before concerned Court asking travel relief subject to the conditions that you would be duty bound to present yourself as and when Court asks. If Court decline your application then instantly approach to the higher Court.
