Q: Affedevit for legal guardian at university of Delhi

Hello, can anyone inform me whether the affidavit for the legal guardian, required for university admission, must be signed in the presence of a notary, or if I can simply provide the stamped affidavit to my guardian and request their signature?

yes it is required to sign in front of a legal officer that is a notary person. there could be a separate option while requesting, such a notary person can come to your place along with his register to take signature only in case of medical emergency or elderly person couldn't come there. special appointment with charges can be availed in such cases

Q: architect office in basement south delhi colony mcd area

my cousin owns gf/ff/2nd floor + terrace bought in different yrs from previous ownersthe basement is occupied by someone running an architect office, the cousin wants to redevelop and sell the house, no one will pay full price till he has full control incl basementbasement owner is asking an exorbitant price to sellquestion is whether or not the office is even legal to run in basement looking at current mcd sealing drive and various basement incidentscan he file a complaint with mcd ?

yes he can file a complaint in mcd subject to id he is getting any trouble from his office premises. mcd will have the authority to verify whether his office to be operational or not basis thier conduct and other parameters. other way is to deal with them and understand mutually whether they can jointly go for the construction/ sell out plan

Q: How is lien enforced. Can I combine lien with criminal case?

I have criminal private complaint of cheating, fraud already, but I also have ground to apply for a lien against defendant. Defendant avoided personal summons service. I now send electronic service. Can I use copy of criminal complaint summons to give local bank to impose lien on defendant bank account or do I also have to approach civil court?

you need to approach the appropriate court to take any orders against the lean mark. Bank will not act upon any third party interest. Separate case / litigation to be filed. As you mentioned about the criminal case and summons were refused, the action will be taken as per the Courts course

Meri sadhi ko ek saal ho gya hai sadhi ke ek mahine baad se hi dahej ke liye pareshan krne lge us pr pressure banane lage ki ghar se sona laye or saman laye hamne manah kiya toh preshan krne lge har baat pr aur jb November m me 3 mahine ki pregnant mujhe mentally and physically torcher vo dhang se bol bhi nhi pa rhi thi uska ibhas me treatment chala 3 hafto tk 7 months ki pregnent thi toh us se sara uska saman uski saas or pati ne mara tha sab le liya or use uski saas ne band kiya

Aapke paas legal option hai, jaise ki aap complaint kijiye Women Cell mein. immediately aapko vaha lady police officer appoint ki jayegi. iske alawa aap Domestic violence ka case bhi laga sakte hai. Aapko kisi vakil ki help se ye complaint file kar sakte hai. aap apni list bana lijiye aur complaint women cell mei file kare . jald hi sunwayi hogi
