Q: Bail chance for 307 falsely accused

My friend(A4) has been falsely accused under 307 for attacking a army soldier. Soldier was drunk in bar and used foul language first and my friend's friend hit him with beer bottle. My friend tried to stop and told to go to hospital. Now my friend is absconding to avoid arrest. FIR wrongly mentions A4 hit army man. This not true. Enemies paid the army man to provide wrong FIR for personal grudges. The one who hit is made A3 and innocent people are A1, A2, A4 and A5. What are chances of bail?

We can't say chances of bail just by this question. The documents have to be looked into the contents of FIR and the grounds made out in the bail application. From that, the Court will decide whether bail to be granted or not. Once the whole documents are looked into it only considered. By absconding to avoid arrest will even more impact the bail.

Issued chq. To vendor got bounced, they filed case I did not appear court so far, now court issued non bailable warrant, what I I have to do for getting bail, what is the deposit amount and other exp. Pls advice

You need to appear before court. After appearance, file an application to recall nbw along with a cash surety application . it depends on the amount of the cheque's to determine cash surety and the court.

Q: Sister in law remarried ,staying in my house

Respected Lawyers, My sister in law who was a widow of my only brother has remarried . She is staying with her husband and 2 kids (born to my brother ) in my parents house. The property has not been registered , my parents and my only brother are dead. How can I claim my property and what best can I do because she is not willing to vacate the house and refuses to give the house documents.

as per Hindu law, if the widow wife has re married before succession has opened, then she loses the right, on the other hand if the widow wife remarried after succession has opened then she is entitled for her share.

Q: Odometer tampering in second hand bike purchase

I have purchased the second hand bike from a seller through one shop. The odometer was showing around 13000 Km reading, post purchase when it was sent to showroom for servicing the actual reading found out to be 43000 Km. What can be done in such scenario?

You can file criminal breach of trust, cheating for the making you belive its true when they knew it is false. He can be punished in both civil law and criminal law for this act. also you can file consumer complaints for the same.

Q: Husband wife misunderstanding bcz of in-laws,

Mine is arranged marriage,due his own problems he left me to my parents home, I have a daughter also, he never spent one rp to me and child but now listening to his parents he left me, three years over he never came to c my child also,my in-laws are very bad in character and behaviour, i have suffered a lot from them, now I need suggestions plz guide me how to get my husband back, bcz I have child I need him not his any money or property, plz anyone guide me,I have lost my patience to wait

You can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights, which will make him appear before court and respond. If he is not interested in taking you back, you can file for divorce under same. you can also file different cases from family related to criminal related.
