Q: Is court notice for the land which was sold years ago still valid?

My father had brought a land about 35 years ago from the plot owner and recently he sold it, a couple of years ago. The successor (grandson) of the initial plot owner had now sent a court notice claiming the plot ownership even though he is aware that my father had sold the said property. 1. Need the legal opinion if this notice still holds any value as my father is currently not the rightful owner of the property 2. What should be the response to the court notice to inform that my father no longer holds this property anymore Appreciate the feedback and recommendations

what is the age of the claimant? if he is aware of it about the purchase of the property by your father after becoming major or did he filed the suit in court of law within three years of he becoming major clarify it

Q: Wife getting physically tortured by husband after few days of marriage

I got married ,since few days husband started beating me on nose ears eyes got injured severely though am keeping quiet fr family respect .he beating me that he dnt want to work to get money from home . My father bedridden only mum can walk husband taking advantage n using abusive words on them also .kindly I request hw to handle situation

Q: Procedure to recover money through promissory note

Hlo sir I gave 25000 rs to the person By keeping their original bike RC and he didnt paid single rupee from last 2 years and i took his signature on promisory note also and i went to his address which mentioned on RC but they are vacant from their and now how can i get the amount Do need full

Firstly you trace his address. Thereafter issue legal notice through advocate calling upon him to pay the amount received from you. If he fails to do so, file suit for recovery amount before competent court of law.
