Q: Legal action against a company asking for forceful resignation

Hi, I have worked for a company for 3 months where they have not given my salary for the last month and asked me to resign i have mailed the hr that i am not well and will be back once i am ok to work. Now HR send me a mail saying to give the amount which was mentioned while signing the company/ employee handbook letter. Please suggest what should i do because i have not resigned they are asking me to resign.

You have to approach the labour/service tribunal/court for your reinstatement. But before that you have to serve a demand legal notice upon them. If they do not give any response, you can approach the above stated competent authorities.



Q: Can Acquittal from criminal case effect gov. job?

My question is, court case complite,any problem govt job

No, if you are acquittal in a criminal case. You will get an acquittal order. But if you face any objection from the concerned department related to your candidature, you can approach High Court of the concerned jurisdiction.



Q: Jeweller not returning my gold after the repayment of the loan

i have given a loan of 500 gms of gold to a jeweller few months back at interest of 1% pm which was also purchased from him for 15lacs in cash....which he is not returning now all i have is a blank signed undated cheque and a reciept of recieving gold whaat to do nnow....???

You can file criminal case against him. But you must have proofs of repayment of loan, receipt/bill of purchase of gold in original, receipt of custody of 500gm gold from the jeweller and any witness.
