A girl is beaten by her brother (uncle son) and verbily abused without any reason. The accused always demands money from girl's father and on opposing by her , he harassed her and physically tortured her and abused her. Please help and advise.

Q: 83 crpc not executed by IO and IO says that he will file closure repor

My mother has filed a case in 406/420 ipc and 3/4 Dowry act. Anticipatory bail of accused has been rejected by patna high court and IO requested for 83 crpc and same has been issued on 22/5/19 but I.O. in connivance with accused persons is not complying the 83 crpc order. I have doubt that IO might submit closure report in my case. What precautions i must take? Can 83 crpc order be returned to trial court unexecuted? After court take cognizance what will happen to the earlier order under 83 crpc? If IO and his supervising authority has malafidely filed closure report in my case what steps i need to take??

You need to file a quashing in Patna high court if there is evident false implication on the part of IO ,you need to file a quashing and take the initial stay then we will proceed further and then later it will be quashed

My elder sister got arrange married 14 years ago. They have 3 daughter and 1 son. A fewdays after marriage, her husband became addicted to drinking, due to which there is always fight between them. Her husband doesn't any work rightnow. His daughters who were studying also missed their studies due to lack of money. Right now the money that comes from farming runs home.My sister also doesn't pay attention to her children due to daily fighting. What should we do?????

I got marry on 2015 since then I have been tourtured by my wife her father 7 brothers father like a hell they gave fake case in mahila sangathan and she could not proof anything and it came in my favour now they went to court with different fake case stating that we are asking dowry beaten her and through her out of home she want 20000 per month for her maintenance I am not working in big profile. And I can't bear that much expense her only intEnion was to marry me is money. She never stayed and made me feel like she is my wife I am mentally disturbed because of her nature I lost my 2 company again she gave fake case I may loose this . I dnt have anyone to help me except my old father who is Not well and all sisters got married . She tourtured me and my father sharing my number to people they say I am police or lawyer earlier me and my father used to tolarate so she did not give case but now her torture grown more .I have to meet in family court in October 1 may loose my job .
