Q: Consumer case against scooter compnay bu i do not own the scooter
I am using an e-scooter that was bought by my friend and registered with the RTO in his name.Since I am the one using the scooter, can I file a case against 2 wheeler company as a consumer?

You can get an authority letter from your friend and then file a case against the company. Basically, it will help you to sign and appear and do everything on behalf of your friend. This way, the company won’t be able to say that you aren’t consumer as you aren’t the owner.
Q: disowning from dead mothers property by father to get re marry
property was under my mother name and she died without any will.we are 3 members left brother father & me. i married against my father will. he was trying to disown me and also trying to force me to sign property papers saying i am sharing my share to my father. he is govt employee and he is trying to show that he is victim in front of court but reality is opposite. what can i do in this situation to save my mother property in getting wrong hands as my father want to re marry at the age of 59yrs

Fight the case. If it’s a succession case, make your point before the court. If not, file a succession case and get the property distributed equally. Even if your father disowns you after your mother’s demise, he cannot take away your share of the property.
Q: Documentation of property purchased 30 yr back
A land was purchased 30 yes back by me by words and writing on white paper by seller who is no more now. It today is open land. How today I can show adverse possession and make documentary proof to my name. As his successor who sell the land are not supporting me

If there is any building on the land or you are in possession of the land, you can easily show adverse possession. If there’s any expenses done by you for the land, any regular upkeep etc, in such case also we can try to prove adverse possession.
Q: Cheating/fraud by a vendor who is delaying refund more than a month
Had paid a vendor in Delhi for some services, not a big amount for a lot of people (around 20,000-24000) hence I had decided against pursuing this legally unsure if someone would even pick this up, the vendor had committed multiple dates for delivery, once failed had promised refund, after more than 10 follow-ups committed a date, once that got over has said his company is facing losses. His google reviews mention he's done the same with multiple people.

Is there proof that he tried multiple attempts at delivery? If you asked him to reattempt or he only did the same. In any case, since you have a communication where vendor had agreed for refund, you can file a case against them.

मेरे पास माननीय सिविल कोर्ट, तोशाम की डिक्री है (Civil Suit No. 58/2020)।डिक्री में यह लिखा है –“Plaintiffs be declared the owner of the way under easementary right.”इस डिक्री के आधार पर राजस्व रिकॉर्ड (जमाबंदी/इंतकाल) में वादियों को मालिक (Ownership / मलकियत) दिखा दिया गया है।कृपया स्पष्ट रूप से बताएं:क्या इस डिक्री से वादियों को जमीन / रास्ते की मलकियत (Ownership) दी गई है?याकेवल Easementary Right of Way (रास्ते का उपयोग करने का कानूनी अधिकार) दिया गया है?साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि क्या इस डिक्री के आधार पर राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में मलकियत दर्ज की जा सकती है या नहीं।

माफ़ी चाहेंगे लेकिन सिर्फ़ चार शब्द डिक्री के पढ़ कर कुछ कह पाना संभव नहीं होगा। वैसे तो आपके ऐसे ही एक सवाल का जवाब दे चुके हैं लेकिन पूरी डिक्री पढ़ कर अपनी राय देना बेहतर होगा क्यूंकि सिर्फ इतना पढ़ कर दोनों ही मतलब निकाले जा सकते हैं। वैसे तो ओनर ऑफ़ वे से तात्पर्य निकलता है की मालिकाना हक़ दिया गया है लेकिन यह स्पष्ट रूप से नहीं बताया जा सकता।
