Q: Drink And Drive Challan On Gurgaon On 24 July 2026.. No Court Date Yet

I faced a drink and drive challan on 24-jul-2026 in Gurugram. As I am checking status on below link with challan number HR3880260724232339 it says yet to be consumed by virtual court https://echallan.parivahan.nic.in/challan . My license too is Active only in parivahan app. Shall I wait for a date or can go by myself in district court ggm to settle this ASAP. As I will not be in Delhi/ncr for next month or so.

You should visit court and get it settled. Another option is to wait till lol adalat to get it settled. In any scenario, usually, the challans don’t show in court till three months from date of issuance. So, you can wait for the time being and later do either of the two ways suggested.

Chinta ki baat nahi hai. Payment kar dijiye agar karni hai aur befikar rahiye. Agar aap regular payment karte hain toh vo kuch nahi bigad sakte aapka. Notice se fark nahi padega. Main point payment ka hota hai.

Aapko certificate mein change karwana padega. Tabhi ho paega. Ya fir aap gazette notification nikalwa lijiye jismein father name with and without surname ko same padha jae likha ho. Issey bhi kaam ho jaega permanent. Do he raaste hain.

My family purchased a property from the previous owner and we have been in possession of it since 2020. We have the relevant documents, property tax receipts, electricity bills are in my family’s name, and we have been paying all dues regularly. Another person has come forward claiming ownership and has registered a complaint in the local police station. What to do now? We need some advice.

Registration of complaint is not a problem. First see all the documents basis which the complaint was lodged. Secondly, since it is a property dispute, it is not a police case. The person should go to court instead.
