Q: Not getting salary on time even after I resigned

I left the school and submitted clearance on 23 June. 2026. It's been 36 days and still they are holding my salary. Even after sending mails and reminders they are neither reverting my messages or giving me any clear answer.

you may send a legal notice and file a complaint in labour court. as the matter comes under shop and establishment act. the earned wages cannot be stopped like this. they must pay the earned wages and labour court may help you in getting the same. I suggest send legal notice, they might give you your earned wages then only.

Police ne baad me use baramad kiya aur usne likh kar diya ki wo apni marzi se gayi thi. Jis ladke ke saath gayi thi uske pita ne bhi likh diya ki wo use bahu ke roop me rakh rahe hain. 3. Uske baad dono kabhi saath nahi rahe aur court se divorce bhi nahi hua. 4. Kuch time baad ladke ne dusri shaadi kar li, aur us waqt pehli shaadi ki baat nahi batayi. 5. Lagbhag 2 saal baad dusri wife ke ghar walon ko pehli shaadi ke bare me pata chala aur ab wo log pressure bana rahe hain: • dusri shaadi register karao aur marriage certificate banao • property wife ke naam karo 6. dekho kya hoga agar divorce file karoge to maintenance ki baat ayegi. fir pura case process se chalega. kyoki chahiye rivazo se hui ho hai Yeh 1st marriage valid hai. to Shaadi ka liya divorce to lena hi hoga. ab agar aap court ko jhooth bolo to baat alag hai. Q: FNF pending for more than 16 months

I want to ask that my dues (approx 1.87 lakh) are pending and not cleared by ex company for last 16 months, and the given cheques are expired or some of them are bounced. Now what to do i am totally hopeless as they have blocked me too.

no you may proceed with legal proceedings in labour courts. under the section of shop and establishments and also under payments of wages. then there will be trial if you have evidences then file a suit. if. uouncan draft a complaint yourself you can proceed with your case on your own but it is advised to take an advocate for professional knowledge and court practice.

Q: Mediation successful but avoiding to pay the commitment amt

My father called mediation high court in 2020 and after all in last he commited to give 60 lacks out of his free will to buy me a house on my daughter name and leave the house we are staying in by dec 2021 and signed the mediation successfuly but from dec 2021 he started delaying with excuses and now in 2025 he filled senior citizen act 2007 case in sdm office to evict us from home without paying for what he commited .plz suggest

first if he has violated the mediation term you may reopen the case. report this to the concern court where your case was going on. the proceeding will start again and court will detrant action against the father. for further assistance and understanding of your case refer to a litigation lawyer who specialises in your kind of cases.

if you both are adult that is above 18 years of age then you guys can legally marry eachother. if you're sure that they are going to put on fake allegation or they have implicated fake allegations on you there is a thing anticipary bail. you can surely go for that to arrest and rest defence depends on case or allegation they have taken against you.
