Q: Drink And Drive 185 MVA case Delhi, expired insurance, what to do?

On 22nd December, I got drunk after office hours close. On returning home, traffic police caught me on driving against the flow of traffic, they want to see paper of bike, but at that time I have only RC and D/L then they take Breathe Analyser test. They Challaned me. They siezed my bike and D/L on spot. They told me to appear on court on next day. ON returned home, I checked my Bike PUC and Insurance date was expired, I am feeling very guilty after this. On 23rd December, I go to court, but Hon. JUdge was on half day, my next hearing is on 2nd January,2018. This is my first offence, Do court take penalty of all challan or will I get Imprisonment as well. I am really worried since I have 4 challan. Do I get back my bike and D/L or not. Or my D/L will get suspended forever and my bike get siezed forever. Please help me out, I am really worried..

You must appear before the court,in the case of drink and drive 185 MVA the penalties are 6months imprisonment or Rs 2000 fine or both for first offence, 2years or Rs 3000,if the second offence is committed within three years.
