lodge a fir, in the local police station, and file a writ of habeas corpus. The police will issue a search warrant against the husband name ,then he will co.e back definitely for settlement. without police complaint nothing can be done

u can revoke the sale agreement and ask for refund. as it is a disputed property unless all the owners agree you cannot purchase it. cooweners can can create problem.. ask for refund of money. waiting is a waste of tiime

if your husband dies without any will ,then his son's will get property as his legal heirs and you will also get part of the property. but if your husband makes a will and gives all the property to your name then his son's will not get
