Q: Does fir against a person means his career is finished, also does fir affect private job?

Sir, an FIR has been filed against me and my family by my sister after she court-married. When we tried to meet her at the High Court, she refused and caused a scene, during which her lawyer recorded a video leading to this FIR. How long will this case take to resolve? I am preparing for SSC exams. The investigating officer suggests removing the arrest mention from the charge sheet for a fee. Can avoiding arrest save my career? What steps should I take during police verification for government jobs, and how can we resolve this case without guidance?

It may effect your career if you are convicted however arrest may influence your LIU report for government job. You may file for quashing of FIR to get rid of the case u/s 482 of the Cr.P.C before the concerned High Court.

Q: Can a lot of people file case against builder in NCDRC directly

One fraud company has taken away around 2000 crore from Bangalore people. All offices are closed now. Can all customers who have canceled and not canceled combiningly file a case at NCDRC for refund of money?

Yes. if the customers can jointly initiate an action and the cost of the flats collectively is more than one crore rupees then in that case, the buyers can directly approach the National Commission.

Q: How to compromise case of 498A under Muslim Laws

Legal advise on how to close the IPC 498A Case in the court as per the provision of muslim personnel law on the basis of compromise. If the lady is ready for settlement of case how to close the IPC 498A case in court without any further issues.

As 498A is not compoundable, you will have to file for quashing of FIR u/s 482 of CrPC before the concerned High Court stating that the parties have settled the matter amicably. The HC will then quash the FIR and the matter will be over.

Q: Got bail in criminal matter now police saying bail cancelled

A while back there was a family in the neighbour who used to fight a lot. We went to stop the fight and they filed a false case against us. We recently got bail. Now the police is telling us that the bail has been cancelled. Can that happen? What action can we take now?

Yes. The bail can be cancelled upon an application made by the Prosecution if any of the condition mentioned in the order granting bail remains unfulfilled. For eg., If the order stated the condition that you need to appear before the Police every alternative day and you fail to do so then the bail can be cancelled.

Q: Improper posting in grade d instead of grade c in govt job

A married d0aughter get a job on the ground that her father died who was in govt. job and her mother is blind and her brother is paralysed. But the problem arises when her posting in govt. job in grade D while according to her appointment letter she alloted post in grade c.But due to financial crisis she accepts posting in grade d instead of grade c.But now she is facing many difficulties in doing job in grade d.and she wants posting in grade c now.so what is the rule or law in this regard or procedure for upgradation of grade

Subject to complete fact of the case, the daughter may approach the state tribunal or central tribunal, as the case maybe and demand promotion in C grade or as required. The appointment letter is sacrosanct though her joining maybe construed as a waiver.
