Q: Cbse certificates me name correction ke liye.

Mera naam Bhashkar Negi he Aadhar card or sabhi documents me but Cbse certificate me Bhashkar Singh he 1994 ka certificate he. Ab me certificate me naam kese correction karwa sakta hoo. Please advise.

Bhaskar Negi if your name is correct in your adhar card and other document except CBSE certificate and you wish to correct your name in cbse certificate then there is procedure: You can visit your cbse regional office for getting a performa of name correction and then thereafter contact your school from where you completed your schooling I.e. 10th and 12th, your school will fill the form and other necessary process. Then thereafter your school will request to correct name from CBSE regional office. Upon your school request, cbse will verify and change the name, and sent the document to your school after correction. The process completes here, you can collect your updated certificate from your school. Note. There is some time limit for the correction in your certificate like 2-3 years, this is the process, you can try out if the cbse permits you change your name after more than 3 years. Hope I have cleared you doubt.

Q: Question regarding RTI filing and its rules

I filed RTI to DELHI POLICE and MCD to get Date wise records of my all complaints, ATR & Enquiry reports which i made to them from previous 2 years.So my questions is : Can I get those Date wise record, ATR and Enquiry reports of my all complaints through RTI to them?? Sometimes their PIO and FAA doesn't reply properly in RTI if i ask them that why you didn't took proper action.

If they don’t answer your queries within 30 days. You can file First appeal before higher authority of concerned department. And again if your queries were not answered in first appeal within 90days then you can avail your right to file 2nd appeal before CIC. I hope your queries were answered. Q: Filing a writ petition in Delhi High court, want to know about e-stamp

I have to e-file a writ of certiorari in Delhi high court. The only issue is regarding the stamping. If I want to e-stamp it, do I need to buy judicial e-stamp? In Delhi, court fee for writ of certiorari is Rs 100. So, should I just attach judicial e-stamp of Rs 100 on first page of writ petition? What is the fee for annexures, affidavit, urgent application and no-filing declaration? Do I just need to buy judicial e-stamp and attach them to respective pages. Does affidavit need notarization?

With respect to the court fee, generally Rs.3 court fee is required for every annexures and for application. Affidavits also needs to be notarised one. Court- fee can be paid in physical mode by directly buying from Delhi high court treasury or through online means of e-court fee. I hope, I have answered your queries.
