Q: Prize Being Not being Given by Honor India

Hi I won a Prize in a contest arranged by Honor India. They are not sending the prize. According to terms and conditions the prize should be send within 3 days and now its 4 months. Is there any way I can get the prize. They are not giving clear responses. What are chances of winning the case? Should I do the case ? Here are terms and conditions. The prize was A smartphone. Hello You can file a consumer case or a suit for specific performance against the Company.Firstly send them a legal notice to provide you your prize or else they will have to face legal action as there was an agreed b/w you and the Company.There is one more catch and it is that you have to file specific relief act suit for specific performance within 6 months from the date of default.

Q: Cheque given to me but holder has no balance in account

Sir, Mujhe Smart Service Purnea ke duara 06/08/2016 ko Andhara Bank purnea ka tin cheque 20,000/30,000/10,000 ka prapt hua, Iske propriter Mr Tulsi Kumar ne kaha ki is cheque ko bank me abhi nahi dalna hai, kioki bank me paise nahi hai, me app ko phone kar bata duga ki kab ise bank me dalna hai, lekin kuch dino se ye phone bhi nahi utha rahe hai, jab me unse 04/9/2016 ko mila to Tulsi phir mana kar diya, kripya mujhe ye bataye ki me cheque ko bank me drop karu ki nahi, or mera paisa kaise milega,

Hello,Kindly get the cheque dishonoured, uske baad cheque dishonor hone ke 1month ke andar use legal notice bhijwaiye ki 15 din ke andar mere paise de, usme mention karna hoga ki aapne use paise kyun diye the aur usne cheque kyun diye.. 15 din mein agar paise Na lautaye to within 1 month from the date of expiry of 15 days 138 ka case daalna hoga aapko uske against.Thanks

Q: What does a case with "disposed" status mean

Dear Sir, Please clarify what does a case with "disposed" status mean? Whether its hearing has been done or a case without a bench?

HelloAs per the query which you have put in, It means that your case has been decided and disposed off with a certain order, which you need tocheck. it means that hearing took place and judge has decided the case, either in your favour or against you.Thanks

Q: FDR status in state commission

District forum has given decision in my favor . Appeal was made against the decision. FDR was submitted in State commission by them. Now the appeal has been dismissed. I would request you to let me know the status of that FDR.

HelloI have gone through your query, first of all if the order of appellate court is in your favour you can ask for the FDR to be released in your favour.The status would be that the FDR money would have increased as per the rate of interest and will be given to you through the registry of the court Thanks

Q: Bank charged overdue charges even after paying all the dues on time

I have a two wheeler loan account from family credit. They charged overdues charges but while checking my account details and my loan statement, they charged overdues even after paying the EMI on time.
