Q: Dlsa application for civil, criminal
I am dubai based, resubmitted dlsa application with all docs to file civil for money recovery and criminal against the same person along with doc retrieval from NHRC, lawyer not assigned yet, family or friends can't represent.Dlsa called me for physical presence. Pls advise.

THi1. Explain section 142A of NI ACT?2. Two cheque on 2 different agreement within same drawer and drawee, can drawer file cheque bouncing in same court despite of drawer bank lies in 2 different districts?3. Is any case law available on mis calculation made and excess amount mentioned in cheque, wrongful interest charged in agreement paper, jurisdiction ground for dismiss of case filed in same court despite of different district of bank?

As per section 142A of NI act, all the pending cases will be transferred to the jurisdiction where the payee has filed a complaint against the drawer of the cheque having jurisdiction under sub- section 2 of section 142. All the subsequent cases will be filed in the same court. For any further relief, Need to check what has been mentioned in the agreement with the party.
