Q: Cheque return with reason bank closed
Cheque was returned with reason bank is closed (not account. complete bank is closed) . Can we still file complaint case under section 138 ni act?

You must serve a notice to the drawer of cheque and if he does not make payment within 15 days period, you may approach court under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Please remember notice must be servec within 30 days from the date of return memo
Q: Amazon don't return my defected product 3 times?
I purchased a electronic device (Rs. 2189) from amazon on 17-july-2022 and delivered on 19-july, but product is defected. So I raise a return request to customer care and they scheduled on 21 july. When 21 july is passed. I call customer care on 22 july, why my return request is not completed. They said " Our delivery partner is cancel the return request because package is not ready". I said to the customer care that I don't get any call or massage from amazon, then how delivery partner know my package is ready or not. He(Cust..) say sorry to me and again schedule return on 26 july. 26 july passed still not get any call or massage from amazon. On next day 27 july Again call to customer care, They again say sorry, and again schedule return on 01-August. Then again same thing happened. Next return schedule booked on 10-Aug. Again same thing done. My next return schedule is 20-August. 3 time return request is cancel. I am very disappointe to amazon service. What can I do please suggest?
