Q: Marriage not consummated can I file for annulment

We have been married for 6 months and our marriage is non consummated, though both are potent. She has left me from last month for her home town, due to some disaggrement. Can we file for annulment of marriage, through wilful of non consummation of marriage. Shes not going to object for the same. We both are sikhs by religion

This depends on what you wish to do.. in case you don't want to live with her anymore, you could file a divorce petition. else you can also file a petition to get your wife back. these can easily be solved via mediation as well as the matter is not so old. probably time is the essence in your case.

Q: Domestic violence and torture against family by a father

HinduRegarding my father, he is differently abled(blind) and has a steady job but does violence literally hitting and use of abusive language and mental torture against me, mother, brother and family. He even has an extra marital relationship for 10 years now. I'm a female. And I'd like to know what all actions can be taken regarding this situation. We want to get rid of him. Me and my brother are major.

want to apply divorce case for family, Right now i am getting work in aboard so i have to travel . Please confirm will i get a permission to allow me to travel when case is in open state

Q: Not getting my money back from Delhi based company

I had started a business with a Platinum plaster India ltd ,Delhi based company and when the business was over, there was an agreement, but after taking our money transactions, the company is not refunding my money back to me.I have been demanding my money from the company for a long time but I have not been able to get my money, please, please let me advise to file my case in consumer Court or in which civil or criminal case?
