Judge asked me to pay maintenance arear of last 2 year can i put application in family court under Order 21, Rule 26 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) of 1908 gives the executing court the power to stay the execution of an award ?i want to take stay becuase my two application alternation of interim MT and application u/s 340 are pending in court since 1 year.

Q: Lane passage blocked by placing many huge plants
My ground floor resident has placed huge plants on 3 sides, front back & the corner side. The lane is like 40% blocked & we cant park 2 wheelers. Morever, they put water by pipes & make my bike fully wet in the morning & evening. I cant ride as the seat covers get fully wet. Where & how do I complaint about this?

Q: Appeal period of exparte decree under HMA section 15
Someone know has got exparte divorce 3 months back and in his exparte decree order .It's mentioned that the for counting appeal period under sec 15 HMA it will start after tamili of exparte decree.But as per HMA 28(4) the limitation period is 90 days from decree .He sent his wife the expate decree copy but she was not found at address .So what will be the limitation period for this exparte decree

Q: Can I file RCR when my husband has filed divorce in another city?
Sir/Madam,My husband has thrown me out of matrimonial home, married for 13 years, no kids and filed for divorce in different city. the house I was living in which was purchased collectively by my in laws, husband and brother in law in the name of Jethani right after my marriage. I have initiated 498A when they all did not taken me back after 8 months of filing divorce. My question is can I go for RCR before filing DV? Will that impact gravity of DV after RCR?
