Q: Do i need probate if will is not registered

My father died in 2021 he made a will but it's not registered in which he has mentioned that after his demise the property wud go to my mom and after her to daughters.my bro name is not included . My question is i need to acquire probate from court? and if yes what will be the fees or simply it can be transferred to my mom name . I want to know the process pls help .thanks .

my wife is a russian citizen from russia moscow.in indai she has been harassed by local police authorities.my wife has done a complain to russian emabssy and sent a application to supreme court and supreme court has admit it as a PIL.i want to know can being an russian citizen we can aproach internation law.

My wife, whom I want a divorce from, lives in India, she never immigrated to USA. If I file for divorce is usa, would my judgement for divorce be valid in courts in India? my wife does not want to divorce me

Q: Wife staying with her parents since last 21 months and now filed FIR

My husband's brother's wife went to her parent's home by her own for celebrating festival and now filing FIR on ALL family members saying she is being tortured by her mother in law and brother in law(my husbund) physically and mentally. While the fact is that she was living with her husbund seperately at different city and infact all 3 of them are living in different cities which are far away from each other. They met each other hardly for 2-4 times from 5 years and that too on occassions or functions for 2-3 hours or max 1 day. How can she file FIR against other family members who are not living with them in same house? What should we do now.
