Thanks for giving me the pleasure of helping you. The offenses that you mentioned here are a mix of bailable, non bailable, compundable and non compoundable offenses. It is easy with 417 and 420 where as it is not with 376(2). I would like you to meet me personally to give you legal advice.

Q: Can i get marry with my mothers fathers brothers daughter

I am hindu religion.can i get marry with my mothers fathers brothers daughter and is it legally possible?my elder's are not sapported.what can i do for getting marriage.bothe are like each other.

Advocate A. R. Anagha answered
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to answer you. First tell your direct relation with her and it depends if she is in the prohibitory relationship or not. If she is in a prohibitory relationship that marriage is void. Depends on your relation with her. Contact me and tell me your relation with her.

Q: Married once but in relation with another girl and she is a pregnant

I am married 3 years back. I was not happy with my married wife and unknowingly started to live in with another lady from 2 years...i have not married the second lady and she is a pregnant now..both the women are not aware of my relations..can you please tell me if she knows what action can the second girl take on me? She is an 8th month pregnant.. point to note ( my first wife still doesn't know about anything) and ( i didn't marry the second girl) and i am a hindu

Advocate A. R. Anagha answered
It’s a very complicated situation you are in. The only solution to your problem is a very tough one. You can’t marry again as long as you have existing spouse as per Hindu marriage act. Even if you marry that marriage will be considered as a void marriage and for bigamy you will be imprisoned for 7yrs. So you have to make a tough choice. If you want to live with another lady who is pregnant you have to take divorce with mutual consent with your wife that takes 6months to one year and then you can remarry that second lady and be happy with her and your child. But if you don’t wanna marrry her and if you want to compromise with your married life then pay as much compensation as possible as alumni to the second lady for her to live happily along with the child and you can live with your wife. These 2 are the only options you have because you can’t abort a child at 8th month pregnancy. It depends on whom you wanna live with.
