Can I file curative petition if review petition is dismissed

I have applied for the recruitment of Head Constable Combatant Ministerial (HC/CM) in ITBP in 2011. They declared me unfit in medical examination due to three reasons: Dermatitis both hands and both lower limbs, undescended tests & atropt tuberculosis right lung. Later in CWP 9914/2012 in HP High Court they declared me fit for first two reason but for tuberculosis they declared me unfit for the enrollment in force. After that I have filed SLP 4416/2014 & then review petition 2584/2015 but both has been dismissed. Can I file Curative Petition
Hi At this stage I am only giving my opinion as to whether you can file Curative Petition or not. My answer is Yes. However if you decide to go ahead, Petition need to be drafted carefully and specially targeted for relief with question of law. As you are aware the SLP and review is already dismissed and if you feel you have law and facts in your favor you must make attempt. All the best. Regds
