Want information regarding my home loan can I file RTI

Please suggest on- if I need few information (data, reasons, reports, letters) on my home loan account in ICICI bank, how to fetch the information. on direct email, they said as per process they wont tell. Can RTI help?
You cannot file an RTI. Private bank does not fall under RTI guidelines. If you need any information from your bank, you can make an application for the same. If the bank fails to provide such information, you can file a complaint in Banking Ombudsum Scheme.
