RTI reply not received even after filing second application

what is the timeline for answering a RTI. I have filled first application and second application and still i have not received any reply. Kindly provide me the legal law relating to it.
Please go ahead with first appeal. You should pray for release of information, penalty, compensation and departmental action.
You can also file a Complaint under Sec 18 - but that will take a long time to come up for hearing before the Commission.
