Dear
As you have given rupee 10 lac to your friend as a loan. He has transferred rupees two lacs in your account. He has given you a blank paper with his signature. Please do one thing (i) Write an loan agreement with interest @12% or @18% on that paper in prior dates in which he has transferred the amount in your account. (ii) In loan agreement you write the cheque Nos. which he has given to you. (iii) After writing agreement get it signed by two witness who can give evidence for you. (iv) Cheques if are blank fill up the amount and put in your account then under 138 act you can file the case if cheques are not blank then file a case in the court suit for recovery.
