How to file a case against company for recovery

I ( as a Proprietor of firm) Purchase product " website" from Godaddy on 9th Nov 2016 for one year but Company suddenly on 24th feb 2017 they close my website stating they have refunded my money !! Which I never asked and neither I received back any payment as per bank statement . After e mail communication they said that banker withdrew my payment or check with online gateway. Godaddy / CCavenue and bank all parties are saying they don't have payment !!! now where they have refunded my payment ( which I never asked to do so ) Now after one month over all are saying they don,t have my payment . I NEVER ASKED ANY REFUND as a startup I am suffering business loss. GUIDE how and where I should file case against company . and suffering startup business loss. Guide legal procedure in Delhi. There is two options youhave to recover amount by winding up or civil recovery. Both remedy are very effective in their respective nature. Kindly apply as soon as possible to you for get back the money

You will have to ask the bank for the said default in the transaction. Also, if there was any kind of contract.agreement between you and the goDaddy then you can file a case for breach of contract claiming compensation.
