From where to recover token money given for buying auction property

for above subject what is the benefit to me of auction property. Suppose I am not buy property in auction. So what is the condition I get money from Bank OR Buyer.
You can recover the money from where you have advanced the same.
In case you do not want to buy the auction property after placing the earnest money and pursuant to you being the only eligible bidder, your earnest money would be forfeited by the concerned auctioneer.
However, if you fail to become the only eligible bidder, then you can get the refund of the earnest money which you had advanced.
