Can money given as gift be claimed as loan, please advise

26-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hi, one of my ex colleagues transferred approximately 2 Lac Rupees as gift over a period of 2 years online to my bank account without my knowledge. Once I came to know and questioned she said she is doing it out of love for me. I then closed my account and stopped contact with her. Now nearly after 12 years she is coming back and demanding that money with interest and threatening to file case against me. What should I do now ?

She can't claim that amount as the transaction is not for the discharge of liability,
The Law relating to recovery cannot be initiated against you
Barred by limitation, nothing to worry

Hi, She can sue you stating that she transferred money as if you asked her for financial help. Is there any document that you have as it was gifted to you?. I would like to know her claims on the money transferred.
