Younger Brother not vacating property on my wife's name. What options

I have purchased a property through bank I gave margin money rs 200000 and rs 1000000 bank then my father requested to me adjust younger brother and father ready to care about that property the total instalment rs 7500/- monthly and rent is more then from that property now after 10 year they refused to vacent property they claimed noe it is our parental property all papers on the name of my Mrs. Give me suggestion what can I do
just file a suit for eviction but remember one thing you have to draft your case in such a way that you have given poession with consent only to live and dnt admit them as tenant at any cost. you can also file suit for mens profit .
