X demanding the property back as their third missing witness is back

I bought a property from a person X , 5 years ago.during that time his wife and two children's signed as witness.third son not signed and they told he is declared dead since missing long time. Property was in X name .now third son appeared after long time..now Mr X demanding 1lakh or he is demanding property back, so that X can give back money he got from me 5 years back. Kindly advice..
IF the sale has been executed then he cannot claim the property back from you. We need to check the documents before we can advice you further, but as per the information you have provided you dont need to pay him any amount.
