I have seen a B Khata apartment is 4th floor, floor plan not available, it is pent house apartment. Is it advisible to buy. Will akrama sakrama make the flat A Khata
It is not advisable to buy a property for which the builder has not got the plan approved. Akrama Sakrama does not regularize all irregularities in a property. The scheme is only eligible for deviations, not a complete illegal construction. In other words, the Scheme is applicable if only when the deviation from the approved plan is less than 50%. We recommend that you contact a competent lawyer with the all the necessary documents of the property, and get an opinion in order to avoid any confusion regarding your predicament.
