wife is co owner but not given a single rupee as consideration

Hi I want to know I have one property in Mumbai and bank loan is taken in that property in bank loan myself is first borrower and wife is co borrower in property also myself is first owner but she is also co owner but I have paid all amount in starting and also repayment of loan also I m doing now we have been separated from last 1.5 years she has filed 498a dowery case and attempt to murder cases my question is that how I can my right on property on groud that I have paid sales consideration so I shd have right to sale property without her consent please advice.

If you have paid the entire loan amount then you need not worry.

However of the property is joint property then she is also equal owner in the property. If she is a joint owner then you are required to take her consent for sale.
