After death of grandmother your father inherited the property, so your father can sell the property without consent of your mother and you no need to signature from your mother. Your father's inheritance shall be govern by the Hindu Succession Act.

1. If your father is alive then he can sell this land and he doesn't require consent of anyone.
2. If he is dead then signature of all his sons, daughters and his widow is required.
So proceed accordingly.
