What is enemy property

22-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
A property sells by the legal heir of Mr A in 1962 to Mr.B Mr B again sells it to Mr.C in 1966, Mr C to Mr.D in 2008, Mr D to me in 2012. I don't have any information of Mr A or his heir wheater they were migrated to Pakistan or not. As the enemy property act defined in 1968 and definition of 'enemy' was defined in 1962 (defence of India act 1962). Does my property comes under the enemy property or not?

No the said property does not come under the purview of the said act as reasonable time has been expired that is 20 years. Thus, the said property is yours, you have the full ownership rights over that property.
