Hi, I am Harihar singh, Sasaram, Bihar. My age is 63 years old. i am married. (two son and one daughter). Two years back I retired from government job in Rajasthan. During my job I purchased a house through Loan amount. My concern is my mother's (she is 85 years old) name his property. she has three son and five daughters. Now my younger brother has claim all property. After that I tried some internal settlement. but he said to me “ you are not eligible for this property. And he always scares and threatens me and my wife. Please suggest to me. 1. I want to share in mother’s property How? 2. When I claim partition suit so any loss in My own purchased property. 3. What is proper way and step for me.

It is to be considered that the stridhan is technically owned by the mother only. However if she has written any will or something then it will be transferred to the beneficiary of the will. She can also sell the property to anyone who she wants to.
