What are the rights of daughter in ancestral property ?

my mother had 5 brothers and 4 sister .my mother parents died without dividing the property or any will , the property was divided and registered in 1999 only by the 5 brothers (only male )without any consent of the sisters (female daughters). does my mother and her 4 sisters can claim their right for property in the court now ? If they can claim does they get the equal share in the property?
As per Section 10 of the Hindu Succession Act, daugthers will become the owner in the fathers.
We suggest that your sister should file suit for partition thereby seeking their share in the property.
