Want to sell flat buy sale hindered by my sisters with connections

19-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Am a Christian and together with my late father bought two side by side flats with a connecting door of which he put his on my brother's name and he lived with my mother till 2012. I now want to take my mother away and sell my flat but my sale is now hindered by my 2 sisters with political connections who want a share as they claim it was paid for by my father.

If the sale agreement states that the property is jointly owned between you and your father then your sisters might claim a stake on the portion owned by your father if he dies intestate. If he willed it in favour of his younger son then you need to tell me whether the will has been probated. If your flat is a separate one from your father's just connected by a common door and you are the sole owner then you have every right to sell your flat. Need more clarity from you.
