Sir, The property in which we and our uncle (my dad younger brother) stay belongs to both of them.. After my father s demice ,my uncle is trying various routes to make the property completely to his name,in view of this he even has forged(completely evident its forgery ) my father's signature on a document which mentions the approval for converting the document to his name .. you have two options in this situation. the first being that you can file a PCR directly before the Magistrate wherein the Magisrtate will direct the concerned jurisdictional Police Station to investigate into the matter and also file a charge sheet for the same. Your second option is that you can file an FIR with the Police Station that has the jurisdiction to take up the matter. I would also like to suggest that the 1st method would be ideal in my opinion as it would be a faster method to carry on your case.
