Uncle trying take property given to me but I have no papers

sir humare dada ji ne ek jameen bandobast humare bade chacha ke naam karwaye the. jiska ko kagajat nahi hai .sirf uska rashid hai. dada ne us jameen ko 3 bhag me divide karke apne 3 bete ko diye. ab humara chacha us jameen ko humse jabardasti hadap ne ki koshish kar raha hai. please iska kya samadhan hoga. bataiye. thank you.
