Uncle registered family property under aunt's name without consent

Sir, my father is cheated by his own brother (my uncle), as both are maintaining family since years during this period they bought some land but my uncle registered those lands on the name of his wife (my aunt). Now he is not giving anything to us and trying to send us away from this property and all. Could you please help me on this regarding proceeding chances of how we can get those shares? Thanks in advance.
