Society charging excessive non occupancy rates

according to gr by Maharashtra government non occupancy can be maximum 10% but society is charging me 50% please advice
Give complaint to the Registrar of the Society of ur area . Have given complaint to the Managing Committee of ur society ? Whether they have acknowledged it ? If not then sen ur complaint by Registrar and tell them the provision.
